Prior to logging into ProjectDox

• Disable Pop-up Blockers:  Please download our troubleshooting guide for more information on disabling pop-ups in Internet Explorer or Chrome.
• Install the MSI (Microsoft Silent Install) component: This installation is only required if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser.

Account Creation Options

There are two ways an account can be created: 

Option 1:  Start by selecting the Create an Account button on the login page as shown below.

By selecting the Create An Account button, you will then be prompted to enter information about yourself.  When you have completed required fields, select the Create My Account button at the bottom of the page.

Option 2:  Being added to your project by City staff.  You will receive an email with a confirmation code.  This email is labeled Welcome Portal, New Account Request.  

Updating Your Account Profile

After creating your account and password please verify your profile information by selecting the Profile button as seen in the image below.  *(New Image required)

Secure Your Password & Login:  Store your login and password in a secure location so they may be retrieved at a later date. You won’t be asked to update your password.

Free viewers are required for some of the attached documents.
They can be downloaded by clicking on the icons below.
