Corrections Required

If corrections are requested following the review of your projects, you will receive an email notification from the City requesting revised drawings, documents and responses to plan review comments, similar to the document shown in the image below. This task is called the Applicant Resubmit Task.

 Unlike Building and Engineering submittals, Land Use submittals typically go through a single review and conditions of approval are placed on the decision.

You can select the link in your email to access the ProjectDox site or login like you typically would.

You can now upload drawings and documents, respond to correction items from your Reviewer, and complete your task all from the electronic form!

How to Access Your Task

Option 1:

Find your task under the Task tab, under the Task column.

Option 2:

In your project, select your task from under the Task List, Task column.

Once you have accepted your task, and the electronic form populates you will need to respond to the comments from the Reviewers. Please see below for what those buttons look like and where they are located.

When selecting the Review Comments button, you will be taken to the viewer where you can respond to the comments. You also have the option to export the review comments to Excel. Below, you can see that under the far right column you can type your response to each correction item.

When you have entered all responses, you can either click on "Close Window" or x out of the form. Your work is automatically saved.

If you need to upload any additional or revised drawing or document files, you can do that from multiple locations.  The example below is uploading from the electronic form. If you would like to view the other uploading options, you can visit our Uploading Files page

The corrected files should be named exactly the same as the original file.

When you confirm that your files have the exact name as the original, you can upload in the electronic form.

Once you have uploaded your files, you will want to complete your task as seen in the examples below. Please check the box first, and then select the Resubmit to City of Hillsboro button. If you are not done, simply select the close button and you can return at your convenience.

When you have completed your task it will no longer be displayed. If you have a task still available, the City of Hillsboro has not received your response. If at any time you feel that a conversation needs to occur with your Reviewer, please contact us.

They can be downloaded by clicking on the icons below.
